Crispy Parmesan White Fish Dish in the Air Fryer (Household Favorite!)
This dish has become a go-to favorite in our household, and I have my husband to thank for introducing it to me a couple of years ago. It’s easy, delicious, and comes out perfectly crispy every time.
The best part? You only need 5 simple ingredients:
White fish (we use mullet, freshly caught off our boat!)
Mayonnaise
Parmesan cheese
Fresh lemon
Garlic & onion powder
That’s it! It's a quick recipe with big flavor—and a great way to enjoy fresh fish without frying.
Ingredients
1.10 pounds of white fish
2/3 cups of mayonnaise
½ cup shredded parmesan, fresh
½ squeezed or more of lemon juice
1 tsp. garlic powder
1 tsp. onion powder
Instructions
1. Mix everything in a mixing bowl.
2. Drizzle a little bit of olive oil on your cooking dish.
3. Place white fish over olive oil.
4. Spread sauce over fish.
5. Place the dish in your air fryer.
6. Push the “fish” symbol button until it is done. Fish needs to be cooked to an internal temperature of 145 degrees.
Serve with a favorite vegetable and rice! We love sautéed green beans, cheesy broccoli, and grilled asparagus.
