Here are two different chocolatey energy bites tp try!!!

Chocolate Energy Bites

1 cup rolled oat

1/3 cup raw honey

2 tbsp. chia seeds

2 tbsp. ground flax

1 scoop Juice Plus Chocolate Complete shake mix

½ cup Almond Butter

¼ cup or less of mini chocolate chips (optional, and I use Enjoy Life –gluten, dairy, soy free)

Mix all ingredients together and roll into balls, refrigerate

Raw Cacao Energy Bites

Ingredients

  • 1 cup walnuts

  • 1 cup almonds

  • 1/4 cup raw cacao powder

  • 1 teaspoon vanilla flavoring

  • 1 cup dates (pitted)

  • Optional unsweetened coconut flakes

Instructions

  • In a food processor, add walnuts, almonds, cacao powder. Blend in short bursts until coarse.

  • Add vanilla flavoring, dates and blend in short bursts until the mixture is sticky and clumpy.

  • Scoop about 2 tablespoons of the mixture and roll it into a ball. Repeat until you have about 10 balls.

  • Optional to roll them in coconut flakes
