Here are two different chocolatey energy bites tp try!!!
Chocolate Energy Bites
1 cup rolled oat
1/3 cup raw honey
2 tbsp. chia seeds
2 tbsp. ground flax
1 scoop Juice Plus Chocolate Complete shake mix
½ cup Almond Butter
¼ cup or less of mini chocolate chips (optional, and I use Enjoy Life –gluten, dairy, soy free)
Mix all ingredients together and roll into balls, refrigerate
Raw Cacao Energy Bites
Ingredients
1 cup walnuts
1 cup almonds
1/4 cup raw cacao powder
1 teaspoon vanilla flavoring
1 cup dates (pitted)
Optional unsweetened coconut flakes
Instructions
In a food processor, add walnuts, almonds, cacao powder. Blend in short bursts until coarse.
Add vanilla flavoring, dates and blend in short bursts until the mixture is sticky and clumpy.
Scoop about 2 tablespoons of the mixture and roll it into a ball. Repeat until you have about 10 balls.
Optional to roll them in coconut flakes
